Block Time
CTS offers blocks of time at a discounted rate. The blocks are sold at 20 and 40 hours, with a discount at each level off of our standard service call rate. These hours never expire. This option is recommended if you use over 10 hours per month of service time. We provide a service level agreement that covers each block of time. Standard Service Call
CTS offers all businesses the choice of no service contract. If your business gets by with less than 15 hours per month of IT maintenance and service then this option is for you.
